Description
Description:
Enrich HK empowers migrant domestic workers in Hong Kong with the tools to overcome financial difficulties and achieve their goals and dreams.
While many migrant domestic workers earn higher salaries in Hong Kong than in their home countries, a lack of financial literacy often leaves them ill-equipped to deal with enormous financial pressures.
As a volunteer, you will support Enrich HK’s street outreach by distributing flyers to migrant domestic workers in public gathering spaces. You will provide brief, friendly information about our free financial literacy and empowerment programs, encouraging interested individuals to sign up online.
Volunteer Roles:
Help with the setup and pack-down of all outreach materials and equipment.
Support migrant domestic workers in the online registration process for Enrich HK programs.
Distribute flyers and talk to attendees about the vital importance of financial education.
Distribute special greeting cards to celebrate Helper Appreciation Month and recognize the contributions of the community.
Remarks:
A Briefing will be provided onsite.
All volunteers must be registered with HandsOn Hong Kong. Friends or family members who wish to join are warmly welcome—please ensure that each person registers and signs up separately.
