Description
為應對人手不足嘅問題，政府近年推出「院舍輸入護理員特別計劃」，協助院舍業界提升服務質素，並委託新家園協會（九龍東）支援護理員適應香港嘅文化，以助佢哋融入香港生活。計劃已實行接近兩年，大部分輸入護理員期望認識更多本港嘅地區文化，因此，我哋計劃培訓一班前線義工 擔任社區導賞員，帶領佢哋外出，介紹唔同地區的特色，更好地推廣本土文化。
