是次活動由「街坊帶路」帶領，在何文田邨進行社區導賞，和參加者親身落區視察。是次落區視察的主題是共同探討社區對長者友善及不友善地方，並且了解社區設施的作用，活動簡單好玩，歡迎有心了解長者和社區的人士參加活動，一齊行街街。
