第一階段 戲劇課
6月26日-9月25日 (四) (共12堂)《8月21及28日暫停》上午9:15 – 10:45
專業導師教授戲劇基礎，根據長者經驗創作劇本並排練角色。
第二階段 長幼戲劇課
0月2日-11月13日(四) (共6堂) 《10月16日暫停》上午9:15 – 10:45
專業導師帶領長者與青少年進行戲劇訓練，透過即興劇場串連故事，增進合作與情感交流。
第三階段 社區巡迴工作坊 (義工服務)
25年11月-26年1月期間 (共8場) (詳情容後通知)
協助舉辦巡迴工作坊，長者與青少年向社區展示戲劇成果，傳遞精神健康關愛
