Description
Conduct weekly basic health assessments (blood pressure, blood glucose and BMI) for Yuen Long residents in partnership with Yuen Long District Women’s Association. 為參加者進行簡單健康評估，包括量度血壓、採指尖血測血糖及計算身體質量指數（BMI）. 向長者及公眾分享淺白易懂的基礎健康知識. 妥善記錄健康篩查數據，嚴格保障參加者個人私隱. 若讀數異常，提醒參加者尋求專業醫護意見（義工不會作出醫療診斷）. 逢星期三下午3點至5點 (當值時段可與義工商討安排). 準時參加每星期的義工當值時段

- 悠樂長（Fun-Tastic）與元朗區婦女會合作，於元朗區推行恆常社區健康外展服務。區內不少長者及基層居民難以就近獲得免費基礎健康檢查，往往忽略高血壓、糖尿病等慢性病的早期徵兆。本每星期健康使者計劃正針對這需要，於現場提供血壓、血糖及 BMI 等簡單健康評估。計劃希望減低預防性健康服務的門檻，提升大眾對慢性病的認知，鼓勵市民發現異常時及早尋求醫療跟進。每星期定時服務，在社區建立穩定、易達的健康支援點，讓居民可以持續監察自身健康狀況。 我們會為所有入選的健康使者提供完整的服務前培訓，講解量度血壓、指尖血糖及 BMI 的標準流程、私隱守則與安全指引。所有所需檢測器材，包括血壓計、血糖機、記錄表格及一次性消耗品，均會於活動現場提供予義工使用。我們亦會提供健康教育資料，方便義工與參加者溝通。義工完成服務後可獲發義工服務證書。
